Valentine’s Day is coming! Even if you’re spending it at home, you can still make it special. Try out some Valentine Nail Polish Gems!

Valentine Nail Polish Gems

You may remember that I made Nail Polish Gems last fall, and I thought it would be fun to make some for Valentine’s Day.

These are so easy to make. You just need little glass gems and some nail polish. That’s it.

Sparkly nail polishes work best for this project. I really like using Zoya Pixie Dust polishes. But any sparkly polish will work.

All you do is place the gems with the flat side up, and paint the bottoms with nail polish. You can let them dry and add more coats, or additional colors.

I used reds, pinks, and purples.

Make sure you allow them to dry thoroughly. Then flip them over.

Pretty, right?

Then you can display them however you like. You can put them in a jar, or how about a martini glass?

Or just scatter them about on a table. My little mice love it. 🙂

You’re only limited by your creativity. Paint these little Valentine Nail Polish Gems any colors you like, and display them any way you like.

As I said, even if you’re spending Valentine’s Day at home this year, you can still make it special. You can serve heart-shaped food, scatter these little Valentine Nail Polish Gems around, and finish it all off with a Valentine Explosion Cake for dessert!

I’d love to see your finished creations!

And I’d love for you to follow me on Pinterest!
