The year is still young but are you in need of some stress relief? 🙂 How about some coloring? More specifically, a Valentine Coloring Book!
Adult coloring books have really taken off in the past several years. Studies have been conducted on the effects of coloring on our brains and health, and there are indications that coloring can lower blood pressure and reduce stress.
Sounds good right about now, right? 🙂
(Before I show you the coloring book, would you like some free Valentine gift tags and coupons? You can print them out and you’re ready to go! Just enter your email below and they’ll show up right in your inbox!)
I have created several coloring books and am excited to share my latest one, the Valentine Coloring Book!
And Valentine hearts:
And who doesn’t love a good Valentine gnome?
If you like to color individual pages, in the form of a printable, you can get the Valentine Coloring Book from my Printables Shop here.
Or if you prefer a paperback coloring book, you can order it here:
With the paperback, the designs are printed only on one side, so there is no bleed-through if you like to color with markers. The coloring book is 8.5″ x 11″ with 35 different designs to color.
This is a great gift for yourself or someone you know who loves to color.
The mandalas and hearts are intricate, and might not be as fun for children, but the gnomes are definitely doable for them, so this could be a family activity. The printable version might be the best choice for multiple people to color together, whereas the paperback might be more suited to individual coloring.
With 35 different designs, you could start now and finish up just in time for Valentine’s Day!
I’d love to see some of your finished creations. Feel free to send me pictures of your awesome creativity! Happy coloring! 🙂
And I’d love for you to follow me on Pinterest!
