Are you a morning person? I am not. I never have been. I try sometimes, but I am just a night owl. I’m writing this very late at night. 🙂
But if you are a morning person, and I have had to be at various times over the years, you know mornings can sometimes be crazy. Especially if you have young children.
I would say generally that the way we start our mornings determines how the day may go. So we want to try to start out with some organization, intention, and purpose.
If we start off out of breath and running crazy, it’s hard to catch up from there.
So perhaps, if possible, we should try to start our days a bit more intentionally, and with a bit of reflection and planning.
No matter what time your morning starts, I have a Mindful Mornings Planner for you.
It’s over 180 pages in length, which is just enough to take you through the next few months. If you read my blog about the Winter Planner, it’s for those of us who don’t necessarily want to plan out the whole year in advance.
Maybe it’s more manageable if done seasonally. So this Mindful Mornings Planner is a perfect companion to the Winter Planner.
You can start it any day of the week and month.
You can set your Daily Intentions, list your Morning Routine, and a Daily Affirmation.
There are also Daily Reflection pages, with a different thought for each day.
Nothing too heavy. Just something to allow us to take a few minutes to center ourselves and focus our thoughts before we run out the door with our hair on fire. 🙂
There is also a Mindful Mornings Journal to accompany the planner.
Also with enough daily prompts to take you through the next few months. They match the prompts in the planner, so you can just write more about how you’re feeling, or use them at separate times. There is also a journal page that is blank so you can add your own prompt.
The Mindful Mornings Planner and Journal are digital downloads, delivered right to your inbox. No waiting! You can print them out as many times as you want.
Just enter your email address in the form below and you’ll receive them right away.
Mornings can be crazy and we can all probably use all the help we can get. 🙂 I hope this Planner and Journal help make your days a little easier!
And I’d love for you to follow me on Pinterest!
