Fall is finally arriving here in Texas this week with a cool and dry breeze and chilly(ish) temperatures in the mornings. It is glorious. It just feels more like fall when the temperature matches the calendar. 🙂
Halloween is only a few weeks away too! I have a Halloween and Fall Coloring Book for adults that I think you’ll love!
Coloring is not just for children, and adult coloring books have become very popular in recent years.
Studies have shown that coloring can have health benefits for adults, including lowering blood pressure and decreasing stress hormone levels.
And after the last couple of years we’ve all been through, we could probably all stand to decrease some stress hormone levels. 🙂
If you like to color as an adult, or would like to try it, I’d love for you to try out my Halloween and Fall Coloring Book.
There are pumpkin and fall designs:
There are also Day of the Dead Skulls:
Halloween and Fall Wreaths:
And mandalas:
So there is a little something for everyone. The coloring book is nice and big at 8.5″ x 11″ and each design is one-sided so there is no bleed-through between pages.
It is a 100-page coloring book, with 44 different designs.
I know everyone starts to get very busy this time of year with all of the holidays approaching. But I can think of no better way to enjoy this lovely fall season than to unplug, head outside with a pumpkin spice beverage in hand, a coloring book, and some brand-new crayons or colored pencils.
I’d love to see your artwork when you’re finished!
And I’d love for you to follow me on Pinterest!

I don’t really ‘do’ Halloween but adult coloring I can dig. I find it so relaxing as it gives my mind a chance to think about all the thoughts I want to think and to compartmentalize them in my head. Great for my mental health and especially with stress relief. Oh, my favourite is the last colouring book.
I agree Joleisa–coloring is very relaxing! I don’t know why we have to “outgrow” certain things. Like coloring. Or wearing a snuggie and sleeping in a bouncy seat. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by!
