We’re in a new year and it’s time to start trying more fun new things! You may remember I told you about Fascia Blasting last year. Since that time, I have purchased a few other tools I want to tell you about.

The first one I want to tell you about is used for facial fascia blasting. It is called the OMGBlaster. I just recently got this and love the way this kit works. It is one handle with five attachments.

The tools are designed to help with crow’s feet, lip lines, a turkey neck, forehead lines, and to define the jawline. The thing I really like about this tool is that it is five interchangeable tools in one.

The other product I recently purchased to go along with this is the Roll On Blaster Oil. This is so great for use on the face because you can roll it on exactly where you want it. No mess!

To use this facial blasting kit, you can start with the skin invigorating tool and cleanse your face with your favorite cleanser.

Then you use the Single Claw Wrinkle Blaster on the face, neck, and jawline. Since these tools can reduce subdermal fat, you want to avoid using the tool on areas you DON’T want to reduce, like cheeks.

Next, up, you use the Fine Line Eraser. This is great if you have those “angry elevens.” It is also great for use on brows, nasolabial folds, lip lines, and forehead lines.

I don’t have angry elevens, which has always perplexed me since I feel like I’m angry a fair amount of the time. 🙂 But this tool feels GREAT in that area and along the brow bone.

Up next is the Mini Nugget Trigger Point Tip. This one has two functions. It can be used to “erase” lines by scraping it along the lines you wish to erase. You can also use the point to apply pressure to areas where tension resides.

At this point in the process you can use the skin invigorating tool along with the facial oil to massage the skin in circular motions to stimulate blood flow to the face. You want your face to be red when you’re done with this tool.

Lastly, you use the Mini Lymphatic Gua Sha Flusher to flush fluids to the lymphatic areas by running it up the neck and along the jawline. This tool can be used on other body parts as well as a lymphatic massager.

I’ve only had this kit for a week and it is a really enjoyable session to sit down and work your way through each of the tools. It would be a great addition to any self-care arsenal. 🙂

The kit comes nicely packaged and there is a QR code included that you can scan that will take you to video tutorials to show you each of the tools in action.

The other tool I recently purchased is the Mini Paddleblaster. I got early access to it and it is currently out of stock, but you can request to be notified when it is available again for purchase.

I LOVE this tool and use it in the shower daily. It is extremely sturdy and is great for use on the arm and leg areas. The curved “flushing mechanism” on the top is great for use on your muscles to see if there are any tight areas that need attention. You also use it to “flush” fluids, similar to the Gua Sha tool for the face.

If you’d like to learn more about how to do all of this fascia blasting, there is a challenge starting on January 15th running through February 11th, focusing on a different body part every day.

There are sessions for the stomach, arms, full body, legs, face and neck, knees, back, feet and ankles, hips and glutes, and the head. The sessions are held over the course of the challenge at different times so that you can find one that fits your schedule.

The challenge will be held on Facebook and you can join the group and be able to participate in the sessions of your choice.

I’ve been trying a lot of new things to try to stave off old age, and this facial fascia blasting is really fun and relaxing. I’m looking forward to seeing results.

My husband has told me several times lately that my skin looks really good, and he said I’m “still hanging on” so I guess that’s good? 🙂 I prefer the compliment I got from a neighbor recently that I see about once a month. I hadn’t seen him in a while and he told me I was looking “particularly luminous” that day. I’ll take that all day long.

Luminous sounds way better than still hanging on. 🙂

I’ll share some of the other things I’ve been doing in upcoming posts.

Do you have any products you’ve tried lately that will help us all look our luminous best? Please share in the comment section!

And I’d love for you to follow me on Pinterest!
